Justification for writing this here is that I got some of these ideas from this book: The Mating Mind: How Sexual Choice Shaped Human Nature

Something I have to keep reminded myself.  Money's not real.  Management theories aren't real.  In term's of evolution of the species, these things arrived last Tuesday teatime. Hate, jealousy, envy, fear, desire to show dominance, need to put people in their place in the hierarchy, need to smack down any young buck who might be a competitor, need to ruthlessly punish any kind of difference from the norm, no matter how tiny?  They're fucking real. The powerful, powerful need to do what everybody else is doing.  That's real.  These are the things that you have to work with.
